Bethlehem hired a consultant, Arbor Pro in 2020 to conduct a city wide street tree inventory. Trees that align streets and walkways were counted. A total of over 13,000 trees were counted manually by professionals. Species, diameter, canopy size, a google image of each tree is now available to the public. This project will allow the city forester to monitor tree replacements, determine future plantings and the overall tree canopy throughout the city. A final report was made for the city.
